Jason is a seasoned barber of Etiket, having been with us in our first barber shop in Carteret. He started cutting hair out of necessity for his three brothers and it quickly became his passion. With over 10 years of experience in barbering, Jason is top notch at all men’s cutting techniques. He is adept at identifying ideal styles and cuts in alignment with client goals and preferences. Jason thrives on creating a positive vibe in the shop and loves building connections with his clients. When not behind the chair, he loves playing sports, gaming, and traveling. As a first-time father, he brings a fresh perspective to his work and loves sharing stories with everyone who walks through the door.

Brian grew up in Jersey City and started cutting hair at an early age as a way to make side money to buy sneakers. Through the years, he gained a love for the art and it became an opportunity to express his creativity. Brian is experienced in all types of haircuts whether it be scissor work or skin fades. He wants to make sure you leave his chair with a great haircut. When he is not at the shop, you can find him pumping iron at Base Gym.

Dion started his barbering career in Southeast Europe back in 2012. He has worked with many hairstylists and barbers and is a master in his craft. Dion is adept in working with scissors, clippers and razors. Dion has a keen eye for detail and can help you find the hairstyle that fits you. He has a stellar reputation for exceeding client expectations and achieving exceptional results. No matter your age, you will feel at home with Dion. He starts his day with an espresso, the secret why he brings so much positive energy to the barber shop.

With a focus on contemporary styles, John specializes in fades, textured cuts, and precision grooming. His approach combines traditional techniques with the latest trends to deliver a personalized experience tailored to your unique vibe. For John, it’s all about connection and creativity for he believes that every cut tells a story. John plays 8 musical instruments and loves the Giants, Mets and Bulls.

Leo is the barber that even barbers trust. He is a true OG to the game bringing his NY fast paced precision cutting to Jersey's finest barbershop. He is skilled in all areas of the craft with all hair types from throwback to the latest trends. He’s a barber that doesn't disappoint. Leo's friendly and professional demeanor are added attributes to the quality of service he provides. Fluent in Spanish, English and Ebonics, Leo's sure to spark up a great convo and vibe.

RJ is a barber with over a decade of experience. He started his barbering journey cutting his own hair out of necessity. His skills improved with further education and exposure to many different hair textures and styles. He is a fast learner who is willing to help you find the right style to suit your needs. As he gained confidence and passion for the haircutting profession, RJ has become an artist in the chair. You can count on RJ to give you a haircut that leaves you feeling classier than when you came in. His other passions are dancing and musical arts.

Sam is our latest addition to our winning team. He is a beast barber coming from a dynasty of Egyptian barbers. He started learning from his Dad to become a barber as young as 12 years old. He has since formally educated himself and mastered his craft and is sure to deliver a topnotch elevated experience. He is skilled in all areas of barbering, combining his old school techniques with the latest trends. Sam enjoys spending time with his family here and visiting family in Egypt. He is also fluent in English, Coptic and Arabic.
